Lovely Human Pony Afficionados,

Come on down to the Stampede Roundup in Golden Gate Park for Human Ponies and their friends!
This is your chance to watch and play in a group that is relaxed, hottie, helpful and ready to gallop...

This is a participatory event -- so plan to be involved in some way,
even if it's just setting up jumps or bringing lunch food! We are
bringing carts and reins and barriers and gear and we will get showy!! Cart-pulling, barrier-leaping,
ground-driving, wild running, lazy grooming, nibbling,etc.
Plumes, flowers, tophats, bells, pretty quirts and so
on are much appreciated, as are sumptuous picnic lunch items &
blankets -- indeed. If you have extra reins, bits, etc.
please bring for the new ones we hope to entrap...oops, I mean invite.
If you are new to this and curious about being a Pony, Groom or Mistress
come on down, you don't need to have a partner. There will be some basic rules that we will send in a follow-up.

Golden Gate Park cannot be beat for beautiful pony 'carriage' rides --
gorgeous
trees in bloom, ponds, fresh grass, flat, winding paths, even a raised
platform area that
goes clop-clop when you walk on it. There are plenty of bathrooms and
even a large enclosed area for changing and a shaded area for cooling
off. It is also a public space, so we are clothed and try not to scare
the parents. We've done this several times and we've had a really
positive response ("Look - look! A Pony!") as a result.
